Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in facility management
Manage daily attendance records for laborers and office staff
Maintain employee documentation and monitor visa statuses, with timely updates to the management team
Process monthly payroll through the WPS portal, ensuring timely payment by the first week of each month
Prepare client invoices and quotations for new and ongoing projects
Manage petty cash accounts on a daily basis with proper documentation and reporting
Conduct cold calls and participate in marketing to acquire new clients
Assist in the creation, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns
Support client communication and coordination for assigned projects
Schedule and manage client meetings, maintain calendars, and handle correspondence
Support overall operational and marketing initiatives under the direct supervision of the MD
Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skill
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business administration or related field is a plus
Previous experience in a similar role is mandatory
