Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
Prepare, edit, and manage documents, reports, and presentations.
Maintain accurate records and filing systems (digital and physical).
Assist in data entry, database management, and report generation.
Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
Coordinate internal meetings, training sessions, and staff events.
Serve as the point of contact between management, staff, and external stakeholders.
Handle inquiries professionally and maintain confidentiality.
Assist management with administrative tasks and project coordination.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Ensure the office environment is organized, clean, and well-maintained.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2-5 years of administrative or office management experience.
Experience with accounting, HR, or procurement processes is an advantage.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
Basic knowledge of office accounting or ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is preferred.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
