Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude. Assisting clients in finding their way around Announcing clients as necessary. Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs. Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary. Sorting and distributing mail. Serve as the point of contact for tenants regarding leasing matters, including payment inquiries, contract renewals, and general concerns. Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure all tenant queries are resolved within a reasonable time frame and escalate issues to management when necessary. Assist in managing the leasing calendar and ensure all leasing timelines are met. Track and report on lease expiration, renewals, and new leases. Handle other administrative tasks as required, including managing office supplies, coordinating appointments, and assisting with tenant move-ins/outs. Female only

Skills & Qualifications:



Education:

A degree or diploma in Business Administration

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in property management role, with strong administrative skills.

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of leasing processes and tenant relations. Tagalog speaking is a must

Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with property management software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Experience:

receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
