Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and schedules.
Draft, review, and distribute communications (emails, memos, letters).
Organize office layout and maintain supplies inventory.
Ensure office policies and procedures are followed.
Prepare reports, presentations, and financial summaries as required.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Ability to oversee office staff and support management.
Quick thinking to resolve administrative or logistical challenges.
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping, petty cash handling, and expense reporting.
Professional approach in dealing with clients, suppliers, and employees.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
Strong knowledge of office procedures, administrative systems, and record-keeping.
Experience in handling correspondence, scheduling, and coordination of meetings.
Familiarity with UAE labor laws, company documentation, and government portals (advantage).
Ability to manage office supplies, vendors, and service providers.
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
