Our company looking for FEMALE Office Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office supplies
Prepare contracts, agreements, and other documents
Manage and organize property files and documentation
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Provide administrative support to the management team
Requirements:
Working experience
: Minimum of 5 year working in a administrative role
Proficient in MS Office
: Familiarity with property management software is an advantage
Excellent organizational skills
: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail
: Strong ability to review and process documents with accuracy
Fluent in English
