We are urgently seeking a

Female Office Admin Coordinator

to join our maintenance company in Dubai.

Job Requirements:



Experience:

3-5 years in a similar administrative role within the maintenance or a related industry.

Character:

Honest, dependable, and hardworking - these traits are

very important

.

Independence:

Able to work with minimal supervision.

Coordination:

Strong skills in coordinating between clients and internal teams.

Communication:

Proficient in both phone and email correspondence.

Documentation:

Experience in preparing quotations and invoices.

Multitasking:

Capable of handling multiple tasks and managing workload effectively.

Language:

Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Job Details:



Salary:

AED 2,800 - AED 3,500 (All-inclusive, based on experience)

Working Hours:

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Working Days:

Monday to Saturday
