Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations, including filing, correspondence, scheduling, and record-keeping.
Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries, directing them to appropriate personnel.
Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other documentation as required.
Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels and functionality.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, health & safety regulations, and administrative procedures.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and other external stakeholders as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
Proven work experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Holding a valid UAE Driving License
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment.
