Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and organized Admin / Coordinator to handle administrative tasks, manage operations, and provide support across different departments. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities



Handle daily administrative duties including filing, documentation, and correspondence. Maintain and update company records, invoices, and purchase orders. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries. Support inventory management and keep stock records up to date. Assist management with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and follow-ups. Provide coordination support for retail, wholesale, and e-commerce operations. Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications



Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role (1-3 years preferred). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify knowledge is an advantage). Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
