Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and well-organized

Office Administrator

with a valid

UAE Driving License

to manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to management and staff. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning while also being available for local errands, bank/PRO-related work, and coordination tasks requiring driving.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee daily office operations, including correspondence, filing, documentation, and supplies management. Manage office equipment, stationary, utilities, and ensure smooth facility operations. Assist in preparing reports, letters, presentations, and handling confidential documents. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Perform outdoor tasks such as bank visits, payments, government/PRO-related work, and collection/delivery of documents as required.

Qualifications & Requirements



Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field. Minimum 2-4 years' experience in office administration or a similar role, preferably in the UAE. Strong knowledge of office management systems and administrative procedures. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).. Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
