Job Description

Urgently looking for experienced and talented Office Administrator with more than 5 years experienced. Office administration jobs encompass a wide range of roles focused on supporting the efficient operation of an office. These positions involve tasks like managing schedules, handling communications, organizing documents, and providing general administrative support to staff/HR. Common job titles include office administrator, administrative assistant, receptionist, and office manager. Candidate must be energetic, enthusiastic with good client relationships, Strong interpersonal, communication skills and administrative skills.

Job Requirements:

- Working experience of 5 years as a office Administrator or a similar position.



- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.



- Perform other clerical Secretary duties such as filing, photocopying and recording.



- Performed secretarial duties, data entry, received and screened office emails and calls.



- Day to day work depending on the company requirements.



- Good computer knowledge, Proficiency in MS Office.



- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.



NOTE:

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
