Job Description

Responsibilities

:

Screening and prioritizing incoming emails, calls, and correspondence. Preparing reports and other documents. Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously. Organizing and maintaining files, records, and documents. Providing general administrative support to the executive.

Required Skills:



Undergraduate degree or equivalent. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or equivalent. Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of people. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and unexpected situations. Ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure. Strong multitasking and coordination abilities. Valid UAE Driving License.

Preferred Skills:



Residence in Dubai International City. Degree in Civil Engineering Experience in AutoCAD or other similar software.

Salary is negotiable based on skills and experience. Other benefits as per UAE Labor laws

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
