Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations, including correspondence, filing, documentation, and supplies management.
Manage office equipment, stationary, utilities, and ensure smooth facility operations.
Assist in preparing reports, letters, presentations, and handling confidential documents.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle vendor coordination, quotations, and procurement of office materials.
Perform outdoor tasks such as bank visits, payments, government/PRO-related work, and collection/delivery of documents as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain proper records.
Assist management and staff in day-to-day operational requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
Minimum 2-4 years' experience in office administration or a similar role, preferably in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of office management systems and administrative procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional, reliable, and able to handle confidential information.
Flexibility to manage both office-based and outdoor tasks.
