Admin Officer

Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administrative operations of the nursery
Managed front desk daily operations, including welcoming and coordination, answering questions and inquiries, customer service.
Answered emails and phone calls and booked appointments for tours and meetings.
Handled customer complaints and feedback by resolving issues directly or coordinating with the concerned team.
Handled daily communication with parents regarding their children's progress and needs.
Supervised classroom activities and ensured programs were running smoothly.
Conducted regular safety and hygiene checks across all classrooms to maintain a secure environment.
Supported management tasks, including scheduling, coordination, and administrative duties.
Requirements:
Prefer experience 2 years in same position
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
