We are a leading interior fit-out company specializing in high-quality design and build solutions. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Admin Executive

to support our operations and ensure seamless day-to-day administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage general office administration, documentation, and filing. Assist in preparing project reports, quotations. Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters. Maintain records of contracts, purchase orders, and project documents. Support HR and accounting functions as needed. Ensure smooth daily operations at both office and project sites.

Requirements:



Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in construction or interior fit-out industry. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Detail-oriented and able to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
