Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
Handle correspondence, filing, and document control.
Coordinate with internal departments and support project teams.
Assist in preparing reports, quotations, and official communications.
Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth office functioning.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administration (preferably in construction/contracting).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
