Job Description

The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities



Aid in daily financial tasks, such as recording transactions and verifying invoice accuracy. Assist in invoicing, tracking invoices, and following up on overdue payments. Ensure accurate bank and credit card statement matching. Collaborating with other departments to achieve marketing objectives. Focusing on content and conversion optimization. Working with creative teams and clients to plan video shoots Filming video on set and on location

Qualifications



Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Canva, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
