Admin with Holiday Homes/Short-Term Rental Experience (FEMALE ONLY)

Salary:

AED 2,500 - AED 3,000 per month

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented admin professional with experience in the holiday homes or short-term rental industry? We're looking for a proactive individual to join our team and help manage the daily operations of our properties.

About the Role:

You will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly from booking to check-out. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage guest inquiries and bookings across various platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com). Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure properties are in excellent condition. Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures, and be the main point of contact for guest needs. Update and maintain property listings, calendars, and pricing. Prepare and manage invoices, reports, and other administrative documents. Address and resolve any guest issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar administrative role, specifically within the

holiday homes or short-term rental sector.

Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and property management software is a plus. A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
