Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to join our team in the Holiday Homes and Real Estate sector. The ideal candidate will be capable of multitasking across different functions, managing property-related administration, and supporting both short-term rental and real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities

? ?Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for holiday homes and real estate listings



? ?Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and service providers



? ?Assist with property onboarding and tenancy paperwork



? ?Handle utility accounts (DEWA, DU, etc.) and ensure timely payments



? ?Support online listings (Airbnb, Booking.com, Property Finder, etc.)



? ?Maintain organized records of contracts, guest information, and invoices



? ?Communicate with government portals (DLD, RERA, Ejari) when necessary



? ?Handle internal reporting, email correspondence, and phone inquiries



Qualifications

? ?Strong multitasking and organizational skills



? ?Proficient in MS Office and cloud-based platforms (Google Workspace, CRM systems)



? ?Excellent English communication skills



? ?Familiarity with Dubai government procedures (Ejari, DLD, tourism permits) is a plus
