Job description
Your role is to coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance and compiling documents for meetings.
Requirements:
. Must relocate to any branches in the UAE.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically excel, outlook, and word
. Working experience in Tally and accounting
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent organizational skills
Must be able to effectively multitask, manage time sensitive documents and have exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to function effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment.
