? Handling documentation for incoming and outgoing deliveries (Import and Export)
? Preparing all the necessary documents (COO, Packing list & Invoice) related t shipment and delivery, and relevant follow up & coordination.
? Direct Interaction with the suppliers when necessary.
? Interacting and Maintaining effective communications with the freight forwarding companies.
? Responsible in shipments clearing and tracking
? Constant Follow-ups on the payments and keeping finance updated.
? Provide the freight/delivery charges to sales team as per the Quotation
? Assist customers with inquiries
? Providing logistic advice and resolving any shipment problems promptly.
? Preparation of the company Invoices, Delivery Note and all necessary documents related to administration.
? Processing the staff visa and renewing visa accordingly
?Employment contract compliance administration, liaison with future employees and probation monitoring inconjunction with the management.
?Applying for staff medical insurance & renewing the company TPL, WC, PAR insurance
?Renewing company license, CIC, IMPORT CODE, Membership of Chamber
?Visiting to bank for collecting cash & cheque deposit/presenting the L/C documents and keeping the record.
?Maintenance of files and filing system, electronic or otherwise
?Vehicle Maintenance & Renewal Processing.
?Payment processing for suppliers, freight forwarders, etc.
?Managing of all suppliers with whom we have executed framework or preferred supplier agreements covering commodities and services across the extent of its critical and strategic buying
