Key Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance requests
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
Schedule meetings, appointments, and internal bookings
Maintain and update company records, files, and databases
Assist in HR tasks: attendance tracking, onboarding, and staff coordination
Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and government entities
Support financial and operational tasks such as petty cash, invoicing, and expense tracking
Ensure the office environment is professional, clean, and welcoming
Coordinate logistics for studio bookings, events, and client visits
Requirements:
Proven experience in office administration or a similar role
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic digital tools
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
Knowledge of UAE labor and business processes is an advantage
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
