We are seeking a highly organized and professional
Administrative Assistant
who is
fluent in both Arabic and English
to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and clerical support to management
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in Arabic and English
Prepare reports, letters, and official documents
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and maintain records
Coordinate with departments, clients, and vendors
Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
Assist with general office coordination and tasks as required
Requirements:
Female candidate
Fluent in
Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Professional appearance and attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in Qatar or the GCC
Knowledge of basic administrative duties
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
