The role purpose is two-fold with a split into two distinct roles. The first comprising of a range of responsibilities such as Operations Administrator with the principal aim of helping to ensure the smooth running
The second is to support the People and Culture team with recruitment and selection, employee administration, the HR database and any other related duties.
Responsibilities
HR Administrator
Handle the recruitment and selection process
Analyse resumes and applications from the candidates
Assist the management through providing human resources advice, counsel as well as decisions
Supervise and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Contribute to the current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation as well as maintenance of talent
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies in the company
Prepare compensation and benefits packages
Review training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Conduct any other similar duty as may be require
Coordinate the procedures for joiners and leavers, organizing inductions, probationary reviews and exit interviews.
Mentor other colleagues in the team and guide them in maintaining high standards of customer service.
Operation's Administrator
Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner
Provide direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve performance targets
Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes
Play a leading role in the team for executing sales operations activities including (but not limited to) School trip, Birthday, Group booking and Sales Administration.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in report writing and presentations
Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner
Provide direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve performance targets
Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes
Play a leading role in the team for executing sales operations activities including (but not limited to) School trip, Birthday, Group booking and Sales Administration.
Proven experience in both fieldwork and office-based roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in report writing and presentations
Candidate requirements
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in human resource management, Business Administration or any related field of study
Minimum 2+ years of UAE experience in the human resource field
Must be people oriented and results driven individual
Strong knowledge of the labor law and HR best practices
Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases (ZOHO)
Should be able to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels
Strong leadership and management abilities
Problem-solving skills, efficiency-oriented mind set.
Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
Advanced knowledge in Ms Office especially Advance Excel
Must be a good communicator with great interpersonal skills
Willingness to do other task assignments within company requirements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
