Job Description

We are looking for a Temporary Office Administrator to cover a 1-month leave period. The role involves managing daily office operations, answering calls and emails, coordinating with agents, and ensuring smooth communication with clients and developers. Responsibilities include preparing basic real estate documents (Forms, contracts, NOCs) and property listings, scheduling viewings, organizing office files, and supporting the sales team with day-to-day tasks.

The ideal candidate should be organized, presentable, comfortable with multitasking, and familiar with real estate processes in Dubai (training will be provided if needed). Strong communication skills and reliability are essential.

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Work Location: On the road
