Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and organized

Office Administrator

to support daily office operations and ensure the workplace runs efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and capable of handling multiple administrative tasks while providing excellent internal and external support.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) and ensure accurate record-keeping Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed Order office supplies and manage inventory Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, or data entry Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding, documentation, and employee records (if applicable) Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
