Manage day-to-day office operations
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Prepare documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Maintain office supplies and inventory
Oversee office equipment maintenance and repairs
Organize filing systems (digital and physical)
Ensure office cleanliness and functional workspace arrangements
3. Coordination & Communication
Serve as the point of contact between employees, management, and clients
Assist HR with employee onboarding and documentation
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management
5. Support to Management
Provide administrative support to senior managers
Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items
Help with project coordination and team communication
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
