Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and manage front desk activities.
Handle phone calls, emails, and incoming/outgoing correspondence.
Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed.
Organize files, records, and databases (both physical and digital).
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments.
Support onboarding, attendance, and employee records.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal teams.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
