Manage office correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Schedule and coordinate meetings.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and reports.
Documentation and Record-Keeping
:
Maintain organized filing systems for company documents.
Ensure accurate data entry and update records as required.
Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents.
Office Management
:
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of office needs.
Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing workstations and ensuring access to tools.
Coordination and Communication
:
Act as a liaison between employees to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
Respond to inquiries and provide information as needed.
Assist in resolving administrative issues and addressing concerns promptly.
Policy Compliance
:
Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with UCS standards.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Other Duties
:
Provide support for special projects or initiatives as assigned by management.
Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks to support team efficiency.
