Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities of an Office Secretary (Real Estate Company):



Check, manage, and respond to all incoming emails in a timely and professional manner. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and property viewings for the sales team and management. Communicate with clients via phone, email, or in person to provide information, confirm appointments, and follow up on inquiries. Draft, edit, and post advertisements for available properties on various online platforms and social media channels. Maintain organized filing systems for documents, contracts, and correspondence. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents. Coordinate with other departments, agents, and external partners as needed. Perform general office tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and managing office supplies. Provide administrative support to the management and sales team to ensure smooth office operations.
