Duties and Responsibilities of an Office Secretary (Real Estate Company):

Maintain organized filing systems for documents, contracts, and correspondence.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Coordinate with other departments, agents, and external partners as needed.
Perform general office tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and managing office supplies.
Provide administrative support to the management and sales team to ensure smooth office operations.
