Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive
Administrative Assistant
to support our team in daily operations. This role is ideal for an
Arabic speaker
who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
Assist with client communications and inquiries in Arabic.
Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Support HR, sales, and finance teams with administrative tasks.
Maintain organized filing and record-keeping systems.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative role EXPERIENCE IS A MUST.
Fluent in Arabic (required) and good command of English.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge about CRM
Salary & Benefits:
AED 2,500 - 3,000 per month
