Proposed (Key Responsibilities):
Provide comprehensive office administration support, primarily in property management and facilities management (FM).
Manage document control, filing systems, and ensure proper maintenance of both digital and physical records.
Oversee staff attendance, leave management, and related HR documentation.
Support HR functions, including coordination of new recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
Manage company vehicles - including tracking, maintenance, insurance, registration renewals, and related documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
