Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
Manage administrative functions, including document preparation, data entry, correspondence,
Support HR activities such as onboarding, employee record management, attendance tracking, and coordination of staff communications.
Perform secretarial duties including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and handling confidential information.
Assist in basic financial tasks such as invoice processing, expense reporting, and petty cash management.
Act as a liaison between departments, clients, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication.
