This role involves managing daily office activities, supporting human resources operations, business development and performing MD secretarial duties. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the office while providing effective support to management and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
Manage administrative functions, including document preparation, data entry, correspondence, and filing systems.
Support HR activities such as onboarding, employee record management, attendance tracking, and coordination of staff communications.
Perform secretarial duties of MD including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and handling confidential information
Assist in basic financial tasks such as invoice processing, expense reporting, and petty cash management.
Act as a liaison between departments, clients, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and facility-related standards within the office environment.
