Job Description

Responsible for scanning and archiving all company related documents such as B2B contracts, internal contracts, tender documents, receipts and etc. Serves as support system in HR Department, Finance and other Departments too. Responsible for office supplies inventory and ordering. Will serve as contact person and answer queries in the reception area. Assist in day-to-day operation Receiving and making phone calls as per request or as needed. Tender process documents and contracts Receiving & sending daily transmittal with the business unit Attending meetings and taking notes Preparing internal and external letters and memos in English & Arabic
Qualifications:

Preferably Female Arab nationals Ages between 25 - 35 years old With previous work experience in medical field is a plus Strong communication and command in both Arabic and English language
