Job Description

Female Staff Required with Following Key Responsibilities



Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, document management, and correspondence Manage office communication: answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors and clients. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and basic accounting-related paperwork (invoices, receipts, expense tracking). Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and compliant with company standards. Provide general support to executives and other departments as needed.

Requirements



Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field. 1-3 years of administrative experience (UAE experience preferred). Strong communication skills in English. Proficiency in (Word, Excel, Outlook, Photoshop, Illustrator). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional, presentable, and customer-service oriented. Knowledge of UAE office procedures, invoicing, BOQ and site documentation
