We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin/HR Coordinator to support day-to-day operations at 3Distica. This role combines administrative duties with HR responsibilities, ensuring smooth office management and supporting our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies, correspondence, and basic bookkeeping
Maintain employee records and handle documentation related to hiring, onboarding, and offboarding
Coordinate interviews, employee attendance, and leave tracking
Support payroll preparation and HR policy implementation
Organize internal events and assist in fostering a positive workplace culture
Liaise with external vendors and government portals (e.g., visa and labor documentation)
Requirements:
Prior experience in administrative or HR roles (2+ years preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and PRO procedures is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic HR software
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
