Key Responsibilities:
Handle client inquiries and provide administrative support.
Manage document preparation, data entry, and record keeping.
Coordinate translation and typing services.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and reports.
Communicate effectively in Arabic and English.
Requirements:
Proficient in
Arabic and English .
Typing center or translation office experience preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and office equipment.
Polite, professional, and customer-focused personality.
