Meet and greet all visitors coming to office and assist them with their queries.
Attend all calls coming to office and take the details of each call.
Maintain daily cash
Keep track of stock movement and do documentation for the same.
Collect bills for reimbursement.
Ensure that all payments to vendors are done on time.
Maintain all administrative documents and files.
Assist the people on field for sales and support.
Ensure submission of current documents to Banks, Immigration, Post office, Customs, Labour Organisations after renewal account.
Handling Purchase Requisites.

Pay: AED1,300.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
