Job Description

We are a dynamic contracting company committed to high standards of professionalism and operational excellence. We seek an Office Administrator to join our team and support our administrative and office management functions.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence in English; greet and assist visitors Maintain and update office records, files (digital & physical), databases and systems Handle MS?Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, Outlook scheduling, and general computer tasks Procure office supplies, manage vendor relationships and monitor office expenses Support senior management with meeting coordination, travel arrangements, agendas Prepare regular reports, maintain documentation and assist with bookkeeping/basic accounting as needed Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies and local regulations

Requirements



At least

3 years' proven experience

in an office administration role. Excellent command of English (both spoken and written) Strong computer skills: proficient with MS?Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with learning new systems Highly organized, detail?oriented, able to multitask and manage priorities under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, reliable, able to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
