What You Will Do
The successful candidate will be the backbone of our administrative operations, responsible for a variety of tasks including, but not limited to:
Managing incoming and outgoing communications (phone calls, emails, visitors).
Handling general office upkeep and ordering supplies.
Assisting with basic bookkeeping and documentation.
Supporting the catering team with administrative tasks related to client bookings and events.
Maintaining a positive and organized office environment.
