As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking a proactive, well-organized, and dependable Office Administrator / Office Helper to support daily administrative and operational tasks.
Position Overview:
This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is able to handle both administrative responsibilities and general office support duties. The successful candidate will contribute to the efficiency of our office operations and help maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative assistance including filing, document preparation, and data entry
Support staff with office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and distributing documents
Maintain cleanliness and organization of common office areas
Serve refreshments to staff and guests as required
Manage office errands such as deliveries, document collection, and supply restocking
Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies
Ensure meeting rooms are tidy and well-prepared
Assist in setting up workstations or equipment when needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in office administration or office support preferred
Basic computer skills (MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Polite, presentable, and professional demeanor
Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
Ability to multitask and follow instructions with minimal supervision
Own visa required (only)
