We are Looking for Experienced Office Administrator who can do Graphic designing & Maintain our Social Media Platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle our social media platforms.
Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram
Answering and redirecting all incoming calls and responding to client inquiries in a timely manner.
Responsible for preparing, editing and filing office documents ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
Receive all incoming products from supplier & update in System stock.
Managing all renewals & Cancellation of Staff Visa, Trade License, Establishment Cards, etc
Can manage Staffs Medical insurance renewals processes with the agents.
Experience in handling Etisalat, Du, Dewa etc for necessary situations
