Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors

Requirements:
Diploma or Graduate in relevant field
Prior experience as an office assistant or in administration is preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented
