Job Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee the storage, tracking, and movement of IT products and equipment. Ensure inventory levels are maintained to meet customer demands without overstocking. Shipping and Delivery Coordination:

Plan and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries to ensure timely and accurate shipments. Coordinate with transportation providers to optimize delivery routes and schedules. Vendor and Supplier Relations:

Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth operations. Negotiate contracts and resolve any issues related to shipments or deliveries. Team Supervision:

Manage logistics staff, including warehouse personnel and drivers, ensuring adherence to company policies. Provide training and support to team members to enhance efficiency and productivity. Compliance and Safety:

Ensure all logistics operations comply with legal regulations and company standards. Implement safety procedures and conduct regular audits to maintain a secure work environment. Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities. Prepare detailed reports on logistics performance and present findings to management. Customer Service:

Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address client needs and ensure satisfaction. Resolve any issues or complaints related to logistics operations promptly. Desired Candidate Profile:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the IT sector. Proficiency in logistics software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms). Skills:

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Analytical mindset to optimize processes and reduce costs.
