Office Admin cum Secretary
to manage daily administrative and secretarial tasks and support the management team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations and maintain professional communication with clients and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office administration and secretarial duties
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic)
Prepare letters, reports, agreements, and official documents
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
Coordinate with sales, leasing, accounts, and property management teams
Assist management with confidential documents and records
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
Support HR-related tasks such as attendance, leave records, and staff files
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
in office administration or secretarial role (UAE experience preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Fluent in English
