Job Description

Key responsibilities: Advise HR on separation strategies, covering various separation scenarios. Ensure accurate and timely completion of separation activities, meeting payroll, and reporting deadlines. Compute full and final settlements, including gratuity, repatriation benefits, and leave entitlements. Maintain consistency in offboarding documentation, letters, and certificates. Prioritize high customer satisfaction for departing employees and leadership. Meet companyaEUR(TM)s policy compliance and deadlines. Manage pension cases for UAE Nationals within specified timeframes. Liaise with stakeholders for clearances, including IT security and medical insurance. Conduct professional exit interviews, categorize data for termination trends, and provide insights to managers. Handle Life/Disability insurance claims, coordinate National Service, and represent the company in employee emergencies. Determine the appropriate course of action for reported offenses. Knowledge, skills & experience: BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or equivalent. At least 2 years of management experience in Employee Relations/ Offboarding. 3-5 years of relevant experience. English and Arabic language are mandatory. #J-18808-Ljbffr
