Responsibilities:
Generate leads and build relationships with clients.
Showcase off-plan projects through presentations and viewings.
Guide clients through the sales process, from inquiry to closing.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the team's success.
Stay up-to-date on market trends and off-plan developments.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in real estate sales (off-plan experience preferred).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
