Job Description

Experience essential and Dubai Off Plan property experience preferred. We are looking for motivated individuals who can self-manage their time and clients and extensive support are provided by the management and admin teams. This position will be based in our head office in Motor City. Company-paid for advertising is extensive and we encourage agent self-marketing.

DUTIES

Facilitate and counsel clients to buy directly from developers Counsel clients on off-plan market updates, launches, prices, etc. Facilitate negotiations between primary property buyers and developers Enhance the company's reputation for excellence through professional conduct at all times Develop relationship with developers and investors, to update, increase and maintain the property database Source and provide information including marketing literature on new developments and local neighbourhoods to ascertain various risks as well as benefits Complete all relevant paperwork, keeping files organized and accessible and to comply with office administration procedures regarding documentation and quality assurance Manage time effectively to ensure that all duties are performed satisfactorily

Self-Motivated & Proactive Excellent Communication Skills Strong Negotiation Skills Client Focused Real Estate experience preferred but not essential
