Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail oriented
Odoo Tester
to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our Odoo ERP system. The ideal candidate will test new features, identify bugs, and verify that configurations and customizations meet functional requirements before deployment.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing on Odoo modules. Identify, document, and track bugs or issues, and coordinate with developers for resolution. Validate new features and ensure they meet business requirements and system standards. Prepare and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts. Collaborate with developers to clarify requirements and expected behaviors. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure smooth system updates and version migrations. Ensure Odoo system modules are optimized for usability and performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 1 to 3 years of experience in software testing or QA (experience with Odoo is a plus). Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes. Knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills. Familiarity with project management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Odoo project/task module).
