Roles & Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and design suitable Odoo solutions
Configure and customize Odoo modules such as Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, and HR
Act as a bridge between clients and the technical development team
Prepare functional specifications and support technical documentation
Coordinate development, testing, deployment, and go-live activities
Perform system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Conduct end-user training and provide post-implementation support
Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and suggest improvements
Ensure solutions align with business processes and best practices
Requirements
Minimum
3 years of experience
working with Odoo
Strong knowledge of Odoo functional modules and ERP workflows
Proven experience in business analysis and requirements gathering
Basic knowledge of Odoo development (
Python, XML, PostgreSQL
) is an advantage
Experience with
Odoo Community and/or Enterprise
Strong communication and client-handling skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Experience in server management (Linux, VPS, cloud hosting)

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
